Platform details, the studio behind the game and what this independent fan-made resource is — and is not.

Big Walk Wiki is an independent fan guide.

It is made to help players find clear answers quickly. It is not an official House House or Panic website, and it does not speak for either company.

About Big Walk

Big Walk is a cooperative adventure from House House, the studio behind Untitled Goose Game. The game is built around walking through a large world, communicating with friends, discovering unusual places and working together on physical and environmental challenges.

Many objectives are easier to understand when players share what they can see, carry tools between locations and coordinate their movements. That is why this wiki focuses on practical explanations: what an item does, where a route begins, how a puzzle works and what a group should try next.

What this wiki covers

The site is organized for both first-time players and groups returning to finish a difficult area. Current guide sections include:

  • Beginner help: basic movement, communication, cooperation habits and early exploration advice.
  • Puzzles: confirmed solutions for symbol codes, timed tasks, switches, key cutting and other cooperative challenges.
  • Maps and locations: navigation notes, train stations, fast-travel doors, key stations, the Map Room and nighttime routes.
  • Items and communication: explanations of the Buoy, walkie-talkies, backpacks and other tools that help a group coordinate.
  • Multiplayer and crossplay: practical advice for working in pairs, sharing heavy objects and playing across supported platforms.
  • FAQs and platforms: quick answers about players, saving, text chat, crossplay and where the game can be played.

How we organize information

Guides are written around actions a player can reproduce in the game. When a solution has been confirmed, the guide states the sequence or requirement directly instead of presenting a discussion thread as fact.

Names can vary between a player's first description and the term used in a guide. For example, this wiki uses Buoy as the confirmed name for the item that may be described elsewhere as an orb. Unverified guesses, theories and player speculation are not presented as official solutions.

Game updates, platform differences and future discoveries may change details. Pages can therefore be revised as reliable information becomes available.

Independent status and rights

Big Walk Wiki is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by House House or Panic. “Big Walk,” the game title, logos, screenshots and related assets belong to their respective owners. This site uses the game name only to identify the subject of this informational guide.

Links to the official game site and storefronts are provided so visitors can find authoritative product information and purchase pages. Those links lead to third-party sites with their own policies and terms.

Keeping the guide useful

The goal is to keep each page easy to scan while still giving enough context to solve a problem without opening several unrelated pages. If a future update changes a mechanic, location or item name, the relevant guide should be corrected rather than leaving an outdated instruction in place.
